How much does it cost to participate?

It depends if you want the VIP package or the Lite package. The VIP package is $4995 USD and includes a custom cover with your picture on it and the title is changed to say "Featuring your name." You also get 100 hardcover books. This is really the best option! If budget is a concern, then the lite package includes a chapter in the book with a generic cover for only $2995. Even if this book only gets you one new client, it will more than pay for itself with the full package. We highly recommend that you get the full VIP package.

What is the timeframe for this project?

Your chapter is due by October 21 and we will launch the book on January 17, 2023.

What's in it for me? Why should I participate?

Becoming a published author will position you as an expert in your industry. You will be perceived as a credible professional. It gives you validity. It positions you as somewhat of a celebrity. (How many of your competitors have written a book?) Your prospective clients will be more likely to want to do business with a published author. Your involvement in this project will result in a book that will be an asset you'll have forever. Once you become a published author, no one can ever take it away. No one ever regretted becoming a best selling author!

Why would I pay to be in this book when I could write a book myself?

Two reasons: Time and Money. Yes, of course you could write a whole book yourself but it takes at least one year on average to write a book. As a busy Realtor, when would you find the time? Also, after you write your book, you will need to look for a publisher, which sometimes takes years. If you decide to self publish, although technically it should be low-cost to do so, typically people pay between $10,000 and $25,000 to self publish. If you participate in this project, you will become a best-selling author (guaranteed!) within 6 months for only $3000-$5000. It's fast, easy and affordable.

Will I end up with a garage full of books?

No. You are under no obligation to order books. After the book launches and you become a best seller, we teach you exactly how to use your book as a marketing tool to get more clients, more listings, and ultimately, more revenue.

Where is the book going to be available?


The book will be available online on Amazon.com as well as all other Amazon websites worldwide. The expanded distribution for the book includes retail outlets such as Barnes & Noble through the distributor Ingram, and libraries and academic institutions through Baker & Taylor. You will always be able to order books directly from us at a lower, wholesale, rate.
